Hunger and eating

I am only on day 9 on Zepbound. I feel good and things seem like they are going well. Something I noticed is that when I do finally get hungry I feel shakey dizzy hungry instead of a normal build. Anyone else? Should I be eating before I get hungry? I have been working for years on listening to my body. I am confused ha! Thanks!
