I don’t like not knowing where I am in my cycle on the mirena coil

When I had a period, if I was particularly tearful I knew it was because my period was about to start. If I was insomniac one night with no appetite, my period would start the next day and so on. I don’t like not knowing where I am in my cycle on the mirena coil as I don’t get a period. It was reassuring to know I was “just” pms’ing and not getting depressed. It’s so weird getting hormonal, I think!? But it not resulting in a period!
