Should I go back on meds or not

So I was on Prozac 5 years ago for anxiety. I seem to be getting a lot of situational anxiety recently like performance based (doing more interviews and being in new environment) and Ativan just makes me sleepy. On top of that I think I have pmdd so that week before my period is hell. I’m just wondering does this mean I should get back on Prozac. Or is this like a weird phase I’m so confused. More info: the performance anxiety turns into ocd like obsession of thinking about it over and over again.
