Questions about labs AST/ALT and my next steps.

Hello. I am a 35yo female, 5’4”, 130lbs who drank way too much on and off throughout the years. I’ve had moments when I’ve drank lightly or even quit all together like during my pregnancies and nursing. Sometimes I just stopped because I could feel how badly my body felt but never really had hardcore withdrawal symptoms. The past couple of months I drank HARD and by hard I mean a couple bottles of wine and several shots of hard liqour a day. A little over a week ago I decided that I’m done with this shit and I stopped drinking. I had crazy heart palpitations for a few days. I seriously think I had a heart attack as pain began to radiate through my chest, neck, throat, and arms. I did not go to the hospital that night. The pain subsided but the irregularities in my heart beat persisted. I started to feel the same sensations the next day(pain through my chest, back, arms) and went to the er. I also had some hallucinations but was completely aware, it was very strange. I would hear things like “kill her(as in something trying to kill me)” or if I closed my eyes I would see really scary faces, I would hear doors slamming, etc. I honestly thought I was losing my mind. The symptoms have all subsided after the er gave me Librium to taper down at home. My ast/alt levels are hella high but the er physician said it’s probably because I was just on a bender. I don’t think he fully understood the extent of my alcohol abuse. I’ve been doing this for a long time. I have a very traumatic past and self medication was my go to instead of getting the mental health help I needed. I have PTSD, MDD, GAD. I’m 7 days sober and have zero desire to drink. I already have much more energy and can eat an entire meal, it’s been a long time since I could actually eat well. I guess I was hoping someone could talk to me about these levels a bit more. Also, my TSH is elevated but T4 is within normal limits. My hair has been thinning and my skin has been dry but I attributed that to dehydration and my alcohol abuse. I know I need to see a pcp and possibly other specialists but that will take some time to see them as appointments are backed up. I am determined to get my health back and my mind on the road to healing as I know it is detrimental to my sobriety. These levels and good ol Dr. Google has me tripping out and honestly I think that is exactly what I need to cut the shit and get it together. Anywho, I’m attaching my labs. Can anyone talk to be about my results?
