Help!! Can’t be relax !!!

Hi everyone, I’m looking for reassurance and also advice on how to stop obsessing over my blood pressure. For years I’ve been on Concor (bisoprolol) because I’ve always had tachycardia. Back then, I also had high blood pressure. Over the last months I lost weight and my blood pressure improved a lot, to the point where it’s basically controlled now. A few weeks ago I had a major anxiety crisis / panic episode that sent me to the ER. After that, my doctor prescribed Paxil (paroxetine). So right now I’m taking: * Concor (bisoprolol) * Paxil (paroxetine) * and the lowest dose of Atacand (candesartan) for BP (All minimal doses.) Now my BP is usually around 110/65, which I know is normal. But sometimes I’ll get readings like: * systolic 98 * diastolic 58 * or even 54 The thing is: I don’t feel bad at all. No dizziness, no fainting, nothing. But the moment I see those numbers I get extremely nervous and start spiraling. My cardiologist told me it’s fine and that medications are doing what they’re supposed to do (keeping BP lower and stable). But I can’t stop checking my BP at home and freaking out if it’s not “perfect”. Has anyone dealt with this kind of health anxiety around blood pressure? How do you stop compulsively measuring it and panicking over normal-low readings? Any advice or reassurance would really help.
