Migraine and ADHD Wombo Combo

Post Content

I'm (21F) new to this whole migraine thing. I can't say I'm happy to be here but the migraine-havers are incredibly nice and helpful so that's a plus. I've had to spend a lot of time lying down in a dark silent room for the past week or so and have found that need to be directly at odds with my ADHD. I also usually exercise for at least an hour every day because it really helps with my ADHD symptoms and I haven't been able to at all. It's gotten to a point where I've overextended myself trying to work through pain out of sheer dread of doing nothing. Of course this backfires and then I end up horizontal for the rest of the night. Does anyone have any advice for getting through migraines with hyperactive ADHD? I'll take commiseration as well.
