moderate to large ketones

anyone ever take their ketones and there moderate to large but go to the hospital with a blood sugar of 396 and theyre saying just trace ketones but every time you drink eat or drink you feel like throwing up do. you get a room they give you IV fluids come home after they get your blood sugar to 230 test again cause trace doesn't sound right and their still moderate to large so you start trying to drink more check again four hours after coming homr andits still moderate to large. yeah me too, for info im on a insulin pump (not using it right now since i dont have any dexcom.), short acting, long acting, and ozempic.
