Does coming off birth control help with migraines?

I’ve been struggling with migraines since I was 10 years old. I get 15+ migraines a month and have been on birth control since I was 16 years old. I also get extreme nausea from my birth control when riding public transportation. I’m debating on getting off my combination pill but I don’t know if it will make things better or worse. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Did coming off birth control help?
