Will my cold affect test results?

Hello! I've been waiting over a month to get some thyroid blood tests and a vitamin D test to see if I do actually have Hashimotos (as suspected by an ENT and a scan showing goitre) I just returned from holiday and now have a bit of a cold though. The blood tests are tomorrow - do you think this is likely to skew the results?
