Trying a new supplement

I had a question regarding this supplement. So l recently started taking inositol from Wholesome story. I take 1 capsule per day, but l've seen other customer reports saying that they're taking 4 capsules a day, (2 in the morning, 2 in the evening) | just wanna know if I should be taking it the same way, or if I'm fine with taking it just once a day? On the bottle it does say 4-8 capsules a day or as needed, so I just wanted to ask and make sure, especially because I just barely started taking my inositol supplement. I had a question about lymphatic drainage supplements as well. What supplements work well for inflammation and water retention? I’m so puffy and inflamed all the time and I’m absolutely so tired of it! I’ve been debating on trying Mary Ruth’s lymphatic drainage drops, but I’m hearing mixed reviews on it. Please help me out, any advice or suggestions will be deeply appreciated. I’ll also link my inositol supplement in the comments!
