How fast does lorazepam make you addicted?

I took 1.5 mg of lorazepam daily for 3 days last week because of health anxiety. After that, I stopped for 4 days since I didn’t want to keep taking it unless absolutely necessary. Yesterday I had a stressful episode and ended up taking one tablet again. So in total, that’s the fourth time in one week. Can this cause dependence or trigger withdrawal? Three years ago, I also took 3–5 mg daily for 3 days due to flight anxiety.
