AI chatbots are telling me i have venous leak and its making me worry

I am 31, started having trouble maintaining erections at 25, this worsened until a few years ago. AI keeps telling me i have signs of venous leak, and as I understand it only an implant seems to be the solution which scares me a lot. My biggest thing is that its positional, when i lay on my back, i can usually maintain it 10-20 minutes until it begins to soften. On my side maybe 6-10 minutes. Standing up maybe 1-2 minutes. Im told this is a classic sign of venous leak. I haven’t had issues when i was younger, no accidents or anything. I only had sex once where i kept going soft, the woman that i loved the most in the world left me and even though its been many years i still get depressed about it everyday. I can’t afford to go to a doctor yet, i just hope its reversible or that meds can be enough
