Sermorelin

I have been on Tirzepatide for 7 months. I have just started to research other injectables to go along with it. I ordered NAD+ and will start soon, but I wanted to see everyone's thoughts on sermorelin. I have had trouble sleeping lately and I like the other benefits it seems to offer. Before taking it, did you do any specific labs, or do you have any other recommendations? I reached out to my primary, but they had no knowledge and no information; they just said to reach out to a med spa.
