Romance book recs?

I know this is a long shot but anyone have any book recs? Specially I want romances either whychoose or one love interest, but one of the characters either had hypothyroidism or hashimotos. My doctor and I are looking into me possibly having it and I was wondering there was any romance books with main characters having it. This isn’t a way for me to self diagnosis or anything but I wanted to see if there was any rep in books. \-multi pov (would prefer but can do without) \- green flag love interests (i don’t like dubcon or the main love interest being red flags) \- no pregnancy or kids \- prefer standalones or duologies.
