Dysphoria

Hi guys, I just came out as a trans man. I cut my hair and waiting for HRT. Do any other trans men felt like coming out and cutting their hair is yes very validating but also increased their gender dysphoria? I thought once I came out it would be easier but it’s not. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
