Worth titrating up?

So have been on 2.5mg since early Dec. Lost about 40lbs very quickly (6 wk or so). Have been during cardio since the start 6 days a week & started weight lifting heavy a few weeks ago. Im very locked in right now. Hitting my macros, eating up to my 20% calorie deficit. Scale has not been moving much since I started lifting but seeing MAJOR changes in the mirror from arms/shoulders/legs (Ive never weight lifted before). Things I like most about ZB is no desire to eat crappy foods (no food noise or very easy to disregard it) and I dont think Ive slept this good since I was a baby. All the other benefits dont mean much to me at the moment. Should I just stay on 2.5mg?
