Clogged ear with hearing nearly completely obstructed after a month and a half of having the same ear cleared out by a doctor

Age & Sex: 16M Height: 5'11" Weight: 135 lbs Race: white/Caucasian Primary complaint: I went to the doctor after having earwax build up in both ears, but especially my right ear. I could basically not hear out of it at all. She tried to remove it but it was too hard so she got me to use olive oil in my ears for a week. When I went back she removed it using this thing that shoots water into my ear (it was disgusting and so much came out. I was shocked). Now after about a month and a half it is the exact same. I can barely hear out of my right ear again. When I cover it with my hand there's no difference than before in my hearing. Oddly enough, this is the ear that I usually never wear earbuds in or sleep on that side. I don't want to go back because they'll just say the same thing. Can I remove it on my own?
