Finally not as tired.

Post Content

Started Zepbound on 1/25, and have been sleeping a lot during the day, as well as during the night. Today I didn’t go back to sleep after breakfast, and I’m so happy. Saw my psychiatrist the other day and she said when she was on ozempic she was super tired starting out. She started lowering one of the meds I’m trying to get off of, to see how it would go, and I’ve been fiddling around when the best time to take my ADHD meds, because I keep being super awake at 3 am for a couple hours, but she told me vyvanse has been working better for her other patients on GLP-1s, so thinking about changing. I am using Midi Health to get the zepbound and they also took over my HRT, and they raised them, and I finally stopped having hot flashes. I am so excited to finally be feeling a lot better. Have lost 6 lbs so far. Started at 283 down to 277, goal weight to begin with is 215, but I am 5’8” and unfortunately built like a line backer. Have been reading all y’all’s posts, and learning a lot, so thanks everyone.
