Eye makeup remover to avoid milia? Help!!!

I have been using eye makeup remover wipes for years and have noticed subtle signs of milia and I literally put nothing else under my eyes so that’s the only thing that could be causing this. I need as much advice as possible because I’m freaking out!!!!!! What brands? What routine? How to prevent it from getting worse??
