My hair density dropped fast and I don’t know why

ok this is kinda random but i need to ask has anyone here dealt with sudden hair thinning?? like not just normal shedding but actual strands coming out in your hand and then you start noticing your part getting wider and your hairline looking different?? it’s been happening kinda fast and it’s stressing me out. idk if it’s hormones, vitamin deficiency, stress, genetics or what. one day it looks normal and then boom you see more scalp than before. and the worst part is not knowing what’s actually causing it. like do i fix my diet? get bloodwork? is it just female pattern hair loss starting? 😭 also did anyone try treatments and they didn’t work? i’m lowkey scared of trying stuff and it failing and then the only option left is wigs. just wanna hear real experiences. what was your first sign? how did you figure out the cause?
