Anxious about initial job interview

Hi! I am 25 and I am recently deciding to pivot career paths. Today in a couple hours I have and initial 15 minute interview just for them to get to know me a bit more. I am extremely anxious. It is for a job that I feel like I am not super qualified for and I don’t even know what I’m going to talk about. What kind of questions do they usually ask you in the initial 15 minute interview?? I also feel embarrassed because I have roommates and I don’t want them to hear me if I bomb the interview. My brain is moving a minion miles a minute and it’s debilitating. How will I ever get a job if I can’t even do the 15 minute interview. Please just give me a little advice and comfort to calm my nerves.
