Medication for anxiety
Post Content
I’ve had anxiety since I was 13 but now that I’ve had a baby it’s SO bad. I haven’t been able to find an anxiety medication that works for me though and doesn’t give me bad side effects. I got genetic testing done and I had very few in the green or good category. Since I’m breastfeeding there’s also very few meds I can take that won’t also affect my baby. I know the safest anxiety med while breastfeeding is Zoloft but that was in the yellow category so it could possibly give me bad side effects. Idk if I should still try it out or try to find something else. I mean is there even any point to try it if I already know it’ll probably affect me badly? Just need to get this anxiety under control asap.
