Mylastgraine

Hi my people, I was diagnosed with Endometriosis end of last year, had laparotomy and was put on hormonal therapy. The first month was heaven, I was surprised people lived like that, felt like I had a carefree premium life, but my subscription to that life ended suddenly, during the second month my migraines were present only during period which lasted for 15 days, this month my period is MIA for 24 days now, and my migraines are on fire! war is being fought between my head and stomach, and I believe I am getting migraines AND cluster headaches (painful inflammed eye, runny tears, nose and painful face) Triptans now give me horrible side effects, I can't stop the hormonal therapy (vissane) and the pain is unbearable. Does anyone know what can I do? Is the treatment for cluster headaches different than migraines? Drs failed me enough not to bother with them anymore, they don't listen. Prior to this, I was on Topamax (great for weight-loss horrible for life) then was on tryptizole (great for weight-gain horrible for life) stopped both because they stopped working, every dr wants to put me back on them. Now I am on nothing for migraines but prayers and wishes.
