Hypertension after an orthopedic surgery?

Post Content

Hello I went into a big orthopedic surgery 2 years ago after a bike crash, a total shoulder replacement. Since then my bp is not the same, with a nearly perfect lifestyle (little to none bodyfat use of garlic, beetroot, no salt/alchool/little caffeine and lots of water) is around 140/90, without is around 160/100. I am 50 and father suffered from hbp for his whole life so I might be prone to and my age could be a trigger but to be honest before (age 48) it was perfect (130/80 with salt/alchool/caffeine e zero sport). So my question is could such a invasive surgery create some blockages or in general affect my circulation to rise bp? thanks
