Does this need stitches? If not, how do I best care for it at home? (Warning: self harm)

18F, 5’9, 160lbs. I take 50 mg of zoloft if that’s important. this was an accident. i did not mean to go this deep. i put pressure on it for like 15 minutes and its only bleeding a bit now. i rolled up some toilet paper and secured it with bandaids. i’ll change the bandaids every day. this good enough?
