A little help please?

I'm 13 male right now and have been training since mid September, 2024. I've had a snapping right outer elbow (lateral epicondyle i think its called) for a while now but im starting to noticebits happening in my left elbow aswell. I'm primarily left handed but write with my right hand. I remember doing alot of pushups when i first started working out, to failure. I'm noticing it's happening in my ankles aswell as my knees (outer part). My guess for the knees and ankles is doing alot of jumprope and heavy calf exercises for the ankles. I remember that my knees starting snapping a few weeks ago when I started doing sissy squats for the first time. Could anyone give me any advice on what to do or what it might be? None of the snapping is painful but I'd still like to get rid of it.
