Touch-up options?

Anybody have experience going international for a transplant but needing a touch-up afterwards? I haven't contacted the clinic because I'd prefer to not fly international ever again lol. What sort of options do I have for a very very small touch up. Sorry for no pics, I didn't plan ahead.
