How to proceed?

I’m unsure how to proceed. I was diagnosed with ADHD back in 2023 and therapy helped a bit with that, I no longer struggle with regular depression or anxiety but still struggle with them when it comes to my executive functioning. I can work myself out of a funk now though even if I didn’t do the things I intended on or when i forget things. I was given Prozac and Straterra by my PCP but stopped the both last year as they were ineffective. I haven’t been medicated since. I met a new psychiatrist yesterday and she’s saying she doesn’t think I have ADHD despite my diagnoses from my last psychiatrist and prescribed me lamotigine for bipolar and PTSD. I took my first dose at 25mg last night and woke up just annoyed and irritable. I’m not sure how or what I should do, I was told I wouldn’t feel anything yet, I was open to trying it, but maybe today’s just a bad day, I’m not sure.
