All Bran - Fiber Intake

Is anyone eating this for breaky to help with fiber? I don’t use any Dairy besides in my cereal. It does seem to help I was also supplementing with pills but I was reading those were not the best idea. What’s everyone doing to get the massive amounts of fiber needed?
