Midi and Callondoc PA question!

So I've been using Midi telehealth to get my HRT(perimenopause) and Zepbound.. they've been great to work with. However I need a new prior authorization sent in to renew my insurance coverage, I asked my NP at Midi to do this and she told me my insurance would contact their prior authorization team and I wouldn't have to do anything. I don't know that I trust that though because I got a letter in the mail telling me to have my doctor send a fax in. So I was wondering if I should maybe go to callondoc just to get a PA sent? I don't need a prescription just the PA. Thoughts?
