Second time this has happened, what’s going on with my nose? (image below)

[ https://imgur.com/a/AvBSaPm ](https://imgur.com/a/AvBSaPm) (my nose) the face mask: [https://www.harborfreight.com/kn95-masks-2-pack-black-58746.html](https://www.harborfreight.com/kn95-masks-2-pack-black-58746.html) (kinda a beak/cone shape) about a month ago, i had this on the other nostril. slightly painful/tender, but not anything moderate or severe. no itching. this time, it looks the same on this nostril now, but not really any pain or itching. just there out the blue, wasn’t there earlier today. i notice it appears a couple hours after showering and removing my kn95 mask (i wear one for 8 hours a day at work). 1. what is it? 2. will it go away on its own? 3. how to treat it? 33M, 5’7, 240lbs
