Woke up sore and stiff. My lower back was suddenly trying to go out. I knew If I went to the gym I'd be the worst session this year so far. I still went. Even though it was my worst session it was my best one. Because I didn't skip the mandatory day. I went. I did absolute shit but I still went. For what ever that's worth. Build your structure and trust the process. Go even when it'll be less than your best. Its about building a foundation for tomorrow that you'll only actualize if you put the effort in today
