I feel like my weight loss has slowed down

It keeps changing between 46 kg and 47 kg. I sometimes get it below that but it goes back up in a few months. i work out every day for 20 to 30 minutes and I eat fairly healthy but sometimes I let go. My current goal is 40-42 kg. When I started losing weight a few years ago I was a bit over 50 kg. I have stopped a few times but started doing that again last year but my progress has been so slow. What are some ways to lose weight faster and how do I get rid of cravings while still staying healthy? I hope this all makes sense. I'm sick and English isn't my first language
