Need podiatrist help/advice

Im 34 male 5 ft 8 and 90kg. Non smoker, no current medications apart from vitamin D and PrEP medication. No other medical issues, or medication. I have discoloured toenail, its yellow and crumbly.. i also have eczema on my feet so that doesnt help either. Both developed at 21 and now im 34 seeking advice.. my other toenails are getting brittle too. Its very hard to cut my nails. Any advice? I went to the docs and they sent my nail clippings for analysis and no fungus was found apparently.
