1000's of new tiny white hairs

As the title says today I noticed 1000s if not 10s of 1000s of tiny white hairs have appeared. I shave my head at a no1 every Saturday and these hairs are far shorter than the rest of the shaved hair showing they must be new. I'm at day 12 of topical min/fin with microneedling and biotin pills. Is this a sign I'm looking for? Are these likely to turn into terminal hairs? (zoom in)
