Soaking with the sun in the morning every day for 6 minutes and 30 seconds, while using tretinoin every night.

Need help of advice! Is it bad or beneficial for me to soak my bare skin every morning around 7am to 9am for 6 minutes from the sunlight? Especially, I have been using tretinoin every night for almost going to be a year now. The reasons for my 6 minutes sunlight soaking are, it helps me wake up and not be sleepyhead during the day, it helps me sleep consistently and waking up at the same time consistently as well, my mood, and of course the vitamin D. Though, I have been doing this for months now, and have felt great benefits, that's why I kept on doing it 'till now, it's just with the tretinoin used as well that I am worried, if it contradicts what I'm doing every morning. Ps.Sorry for my English, been working on it though.
