Flaring for the last two weeks

My flares may seem mild but they’re hot, sensitive and affect my ears. For some reason they are usually paired with urticaria…which happens for a reason the allergist cannot explain. I’m not sure what is happening in the last two weeks to cause my body to be on the Fritz but I’m over it!!
