Any recent experience with Talkiatry?

I searched the sub and reddit in general and it seems most of the experiences people had were a year or multiple years ago. I am curious if anyone has any recent experiences? I had my first appointment and I thought it went well. The provider asked at the end of the appointment what I wanted to do? I told her I didnt know, but I have already tried strattera and I didn't want that because of the side effects, I also didn't want something I had to take every day for weeks to start getting the benefits. Our second appointment was different. It was a waste of time. Now I don't know what to do, I don't have a primary care provider. I do have pretty decent insurance that I think is a PPO, so I could maybe find a local psychiatrist that takes my insurance and I wont need a referral, but I dont know if I should try a different provider with talkiatry first?
