Sound Sensitivity

Sitting here on my couch trying to help one kid with math. Another kid is beat boxing while he plays with toys and another kid is practicing for his piano recital...loudly. I want to jump out of my skin because the cacophony is driving me MAD. Sometimes even listening to an audiobook with my ear buds is too much. Don't get me started on my husband's house shoes smacking across the wood floors. I didn't use to be this way. Now I get anxiety from loud noises. ​
