Food noise?
Post Content
I see people refer to food noise a lot and how zep makes it go away. And how it makes it harder to stop using zep. For context, I have been eating a higher protein, fiber, low calorie style for almost a year now. I rarely get cravings and it's usually around the time of month, but one bite of it satisfies the craving. I can't eat sweet or greasy foods anymore without being sick so I tend to avoid it. My labs show me to be healthy and non prediabetic despite my weight. With that, I am starting zep simply because I need help losing weight, as I had a severe leg injury 8 years ago and gained weight from depression and bad habits. It's painful to be active with the added weight, so I'm hoping as I lose weight It will become easier and less painful. Once I hit my goal weight (not including excess skin weight) I plan on stopping zepbound. Has anyone experienced something similar where, you were already eating healthier and didn't have food noise, and after hitting your goal weight successfully stopped taking zep? I would obviously keep going with how I have been eating (I honestly now prefer low carb/lower calorie and higher protein) and keep up my exercise.
