[Routine Help] Back acne? v tiny clogged pores? what is this exactly and why??

hi everyone, i really desperately need help figuring out what this is and how do i get rid of it? it almost looks like clogged pores or texture rather than active acne, some areas have pigmentation left behind from the cc’s/acne.. would really appreciate help identifying what this actually is and what ingredients would target this type specifically!!
