I want to keep this really important question to me very open as I know we all struggle with different things and also there are so many co-morbidities! 🤍 Thus I am just interested if we can all share a little tip to maybe inspire each other to try something new out, I’ve been really down in my dumps to say the least in regard to my health and somehow worsening ASD traits, so it would be helpful to see what others are doing!
