Should I be concerned?

Post Content

I was diagnosed prediabetic in 2018. I was put on 1000mg of metformin a day for it. My readings have been okay since as well as blood tests. I lost weight around 2023 and went from 100kg to 65 kg. Since most of my weight was lost though fasting I automatically stopped taking my morning pill and only took the night one which is 500mg a day. My doctor didn't mind this since my bloods we're really good. In the mist of losing weight I stoped tracking my blood sugar. I randomly tracked my blood sugar today, it's 14h and I haven't eaten (I don't feel hungry) my blood sugar was 0.8 mmol. Is this another problem of it's own or should I talk to my doctor about stopping the medication completely?
