Can’t get rid of these!

I was diagnosed with rosacea 2 years ago. It got to a point where the redness would cause my face to feel itchy. Finally I have a routine with ivermectin cream, azelaic acid gel, and a gentle face wash. I wear sunscreen every day, the Elta MD tint and moisturize with cerave lotion. Thankfully, the redness itching has improved and my face feels smoother. I flush when I’m close to starting my period and even a couple days after my period ends I believe due to hormonal changes. But these stubborn red papeles and pustules never go away. I was told to try salicylic acid gel? I sometimes use a BPO wash. Any recommendations? My skin used to be very smooth and I had zero of these little red dots. No matter what I do, I can’t get rid of them!!
