Help understanding bloodwork results and recent symptoms?

37F, 180lbs, No medications, No smoking, No alcohol, No drugs Recent Symptoms \*Virus flu like symptoms from 12/22-1/5 \*Gallbladder attack on 12/31 with cholecystectomy on 1/2 \*Very painful swollen lymph nodes on the back of my head and in armpits- 1/29. They’re still slightly swollen but only painful if pressed on. New swollen nodes behind ear 2/9. \*Painful stiff joints everywhere started on 1/29. They didn’t “warm up” as the day went on. Significant swelling in hands and feet started on 1/30. I’m still experiencing both. Bloodwork CMP- Everything is normal except for ALT is 34 (6-29) CBC- Normal CCP IGG- 60 (Neg <20, Strong pos >59) Vitamin D- 18 (30-100) It’s winter in the north. It’s been lower with no symptoms. Iron, TIBC, Ferritin- Normal ANA- Negative (Neg=/<1:40) RF- Normal C-Reactive- Normal Sed Rate- 6 (Note said no date and time was shown and if it was 24 hours since draw, read with caution) Vitamin B12 & Folate- Normal TSH to T4- Normal Insulin- Normal A1C- 5.1 I had some chronic knee pain & fatigue in 2020 and bloodwork done then. ANA- Positive, 1:80 Speckled CCP- Negative RF- Negative Sed Rate- 23 (0-19) C-Reactive- Normal CMP- Normal CBC- Normal
