Stomach pains on Slynd / Slinda

I started taking Slynd/Slinda 18 days ago. So far I have experienced bleeding and spotting but I've also had stomach pains and digestive issues (diarrhea) for a week now. Is this related? Should I be worried? Is it going to get better? For reference: I am 30 years old, female, 5'6 / 1,66, 57 kg, I do not smoke, I don't have a serious medical history
