Stopped losing weight 6 months ago

Post Content

Hi, I started Zepbound almost exactly a year ago on 2/15/25 after having gained 50-60lb in a year, most likely from inflammation, stress, and sedentary lifestyle (although that's not entirely different for me from the last 5-10 years) caused by late-stage Lyme Disease I had just found out about, and beginning treatment (which is brutal). I was and still am so grateful that not only did I lose about 45lb, but it's taken down the inflammation so much. Along with the stress of food noise. Only thing is, I stopped losing weight completely around 6 months ago. I started at 250 and am stuck at 205. I'm up to 15mg. The food noise is thankfully still quieted, but I'm just a little disappointed and confused by the refusal of my body to dump any more weight. I'm just over the line of being technically obese. Does anyone else here happen to have experience with using Zepbound for both weight loss and inflammation from a chronic illness? I'm just looking to find out if there's something I should be doing differently, or if the stubbornness is probably due to the inflammation and there's nothing I can do about it.
