Eye stye

I am Female , 20 years old, 5”10 and I don’t think my weight is relevant for an eye stye. I vape and have no underlying health conditions including eye conditions . Since this started I have been using eye drops for minor eye infections as recommended by the chemist . I do not take any other medication. So I think I had the beginning of an eye stye starting the night of February 7th so I did a hot compress that night . The morning after I went to the chemist and got some eyedrops and was told to continue hot compresses it does not hurt anymore but today about 5 of my eyelash’s from the area fell out. From the night I felt it I continued hot compresses and the eyedrops 4 times a day. As everyone probably knows it’s Valentine’s Day on Saturday. I would like to wear makeup as you will be able to see in the pictures I have very fair hair but it is dyed dark so my eyelash’s do not match my hair and makes me look abit strange when I do not wear eye makeup. I threw away all my makeup and replaced it with new stuff and brushes to make sure nothing was contaminated (makeup is expensive it was not easy) I will also avoid false eyelashes as I fear that could have been the root cause. The stye itself never properly formed but I had a small red area on my top waterline it never became a bump or developed a head but now the redness is gone almost completely and I think I psychologically still feel it just because I knew it was there . Should I be in the clear to wear makeup after replacing everything ?
