Trying to figure out symptoms…

Post Content

Hi everyone! I’m not english so sorry in advance for my grammar. In July I went out partying with friends and got really drunk. Had to throw up a lot also. Woke up the morning after with a bruise type feeling on my left temple (couldn’t press it without a lot of pain) but there was no actual bruise or scratch. The next 2/3 days I woke up really exhausted but could work all day. After a couple of days i went to see the doctor and he said I probably hit my head (concussion) but don’t remember because I was drunk. I remember the night and my friends didn’t see anything. But I went with it. After 2 weeks I started getting a lot of muscle tension. Tension headaches on my temples, eye strain, slight nausea, bad fatigue, tinnitus & jaw pain, uneasy feeling. I was also very very stressed about all of this for 3 whole months. I woke up very stressed everyday. But wouldn’t allow myself to watch tv or anything because i thought it was bad for my recovery. Also quit smoking weed/ tobacco right away cold turkey (after years). After 3.5 months I started to feel a bit better (mentally and physically) and could go back to Uni for 2 hours a week and also started working for 3 hours a week since January. It’s wierd because sometimes I can work for 4 hours and I’m fine, and sometimes 2/3 causes insane fatigue the day after. I’m able to study, gaming without issues, but when I go to work or a small party it sometimes will trigger intense fatigue the day after I also have PT and they are saying it doesn’t really match up with concussion symptoms. So now I’m kinda confused. My aunt said it could be chronic stress related or disregulated nervous system (because my symptoms are a lot muscle tension related, but I just don’t understand the fatigue then). Lately I have been super fatigued the day after working. But all my other symptoms aren’t there when I am super exhausted. This usually only lasts a day or two. I came across ME/CFS and am wondering If I maybe have PEM or it could be something in that area. I know y’all aren’t doctors but was hoping maybe you have advice on if this could be ME/CFS. Thanks for reading! I’m really stressed about this and just want to know whats wrong with me. Any advice is welcome! 🫶🏻 Symptom list: \- Tinnitus \- eye strain (eye lid pain) \- fatigue \- slight nausea \- jaw pain \- temple pain \- forhead headaches \- sometimes sensitive to light/ sound (when im overstimulated) \- neck/ upperback tension (for years now) All my symptoms come and go, they are also never all here at the same time. Its either one or another. The jaw and temple pain kinda switches position. It feels like they are all related or somethin.
