what should i know about tirzepatide?

I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2023 and I am thinking about starting tirzepatide because I often struggle with food noise and overeating due to birth control (nexplanon). To those that have tried it, what are your experiences taking it? What are some things I should be mindful of? Edit: forgot to mention, i am on the overweight side and have tried losing weight several times but have struggled to lose the weight.
